Jolicc ships all orders using Canada Post. We are currently shipping to Canada and U.S. only.

Free shipping on orders over $59CAD

We usually process the order within 3 business days. If you purchase the pre-order product, please refer to the product page for shipping details.

Please do note that our shipping cost is NOT included the custom duties and taxes. If taxes and/or duties are incurred you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can processed

Return & Exchange

To ensure all items that our customers receive are brand new. All products are final sales. We do not offer return or exchange.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will help come to a resolution.

If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, please send us an email at hello@joliccstudio.com within 10 days together with a picture of the item. We’ll send you a replacement or give your money back in full.

Concerning about ring size?

Most of our rings are open rings. This design is easier for our customers to adjust the size according to their need. We also highly recommend our customers to check out the RING SIZE CHART before purchase.
